Sharing a great track with you

As an artist, I feel the need sometimes to talk also about other's work especially those that have inspired me.

Today I want to share with you, this track from the great Tony Allen, it's part of an album that was produced by Doctor L a superb french producer, with whom I hope to work one day.

Horizons Lointains

On July 30th, if you are in France or Germany, catch "HORIZONS LOINTAINS HAITI", on the ARTE network a film by Anne Lescot presented by Patrick Poivre D'avor.

in The film, PPDA, as he is called in France, meets with famous Haitian writers such as René Depestre, Gary Victor, Frank Etienne, Yanick Lahens, Lyonel Trouillot. The one hour documentary was fimed in Haiti using the 2009 carnival and Haitian Voodoo as a background.

I was very honored to have 2 songs from my 2006 album "Ghetto Fabulous" selected for the film.
